Welcome to The Szabo Kitchen! I'm Madeleine. The recipes I post on this website are the dishes that my husband and I enjoy creating at home. With a French father (from the South of France) and English mother, dishes from France, the Mediterranean and Britain feature large in my cooking.

My husband, Zoltan, is 100% Hungarian, with most of his life spent in Hungary. And, yes, Hungarian dishes 100% rule when he is cooking!
