Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche Pasta

In a hurry? Ridiculously easy, with a delicious creamy lemon sauce, this simple Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche Pasta dish is for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g pasta
  • 300 ml creme fraiche
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water.
  • Add the pasta to the boiling water.
  • While the pasta is cooking, cut the smoked salmon into thin strips. Keep the salmon strips to one side ready for adding to the cooked pasta.
  • Put the creme fraiche and lemon juice into the small saucepan.
  • Add a ladleful of the pasta cooking water.
  • Drain the pasta and put the drained pasta back into the saucepan that it has been cooked in.
  • Pour creme fraiche mixture onto cooked pasta and stir in thoroughly.
  • Put the pasta onto serving plates and scatter a few of the smoked salmon ribbon strips onto each serving of pasta.
