Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche Pasta
In a hurry? Ridiculously easy, with a delicious creamy lemon sauce, this simple Smoked Salmon and Crème Fraiche Pasta dish is for you!

- 500 g pasta
- 300 ml creme fraiche
- 1 lemon (juice)
- smoked salmon
- salt and pepper
Boil the water.
Add the pasta to the boiling water.
While the pasta is cooking, cut the smoked salmon into thin strips. Keep the salmon strips to one side ready for adding to the cooked pasta.
Put the creme fraiche and lemon juice into the small saucepan.
Add a ladleful of the pasta cooking water.
Drain the pasta and put the drained pasta back into the saucepan that it has been cooked in.
Pour creme fraiche mixture onto cooked pasta and stir in thoroughly.
Put the pasta onto serving plates and scatter a few of the smoked salmon ribbon strips onto each serving of pasta.
